The client is a leading global agency specializing in content creation and entertainment marketing. With content creation at the heart of our operations, we support clients through strategic planning, innovative creativity, and advanced digital services. We are in search of a visionary Executive Vice President to guide the creative vision of our AV production agency, focusing on marketing within the entertainment, gaming, and sports sectors. This role is critical for ensuring our creative output is not only of the highest quality but also builds our reputation and aligns strategically with client and industry objectives.

This position demands a blend of creative leadership and business insight, backed by a proven ability to deliver impactful, high-quality campaigns. The Executive Vice President will define the artistic direction for the AV team while fostering key client relationships, creating avenues for growth and collaboration, and ensuring our work leads in industry trends.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Strategic Development:

Create and implement the division's vision, mission, and long-term strategies, while leading business development initiatives to expand market share.

Creative Leadership:

Direct the production of exceptional, award-winning content across various mediums, including film, gaming, and sports, ensuring all outputs adhere to the highest industry standards.

Marketing Expertise:

Serve as the primary marketing strategist for studios and entertainment clients, facilitating 360° campaign opportunities across all business units.

Client Relationship Building:

Establish and maintain strong connections with clients, including major studios, to drive new business and enhance existing partnerships.

Content Oversight:

Supervise the production of high-quality trailers, promotional content, and original works, ensuring that projects are designed to achieve industry recognition while fulfilling strategic goals.

Team Management:

Lead, inspire, and mentor a multidisciplinary creative team, fostering a collaborative, innovative, and high-excellence environment.

Project Review:

Provide hands-on guidance and constructive criticism on all major creative endeavors, ensuring alignment with current techniques, trends, and the agency’s artistic vision.

Support Business Development:

Collaborate with business development teams to pitch creative AV concepts that contribute to comprehensive campaigns, attracting new clients and securing significant projects.

Innovate and Stay Ahead:

Monitor industry trends in entertainment, incorporating new ideas and technologies to keep our work innovative and competitive.

Brand Management:

Ensure consistent and effective brand messaging across all client and agency initiatives, establishing the agency as a frontrunner in creative excellence.

IDEAL CANDIDATE:

Over 10 years of creative leadership experience in an entertainment post-production agency, marketing firm, or entertainment company.

Proven track record as a marketing leader in theatrical and television AV trailers, with experience in developing successful 360° campaigns for major film studios, gaming companies, or sports brands.

A strong portfolio showcasing award-winning creative work across film, television, gaming, and digital platforms.

Established relationships with key clients and industry stakeholders.

Expertise in storytelling, visual design, and content production processes.

Excellent leadership, communication, and presentation skills.

Ability to handle multiple projects and teams in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment.

In-depth knowledge of current industry trends, creative tools, and marketing strategies.

Preferred Skills:

Experience in producing branded entertainment or original intellectual property.

Familiarity with gaming, esports, or interactive content development.

Understanding of digital platforms, social media, and viral marketing techniques.
