Must have 10+ years of Industry experience.
Requires BA/ BS Degree.
Must have minimum of 5+ years IBM BPM experience.
Must have minimum of 5+ years IBM Case Manager experience.
Must have minimum of 5+ years experience migrating to IBM BAW from IBM Case Manager.
Must have minimum of 3-5+ years experience with FileNet.
Must understand both IBM Case Manager and IBM BAW (Business Automation Workflow).
Client currently runs IBM BAW v23.0 and IBM Case Manager v5.3.3
Must have experience driving migration to IBM BAW platform.
Must have experience handling Claims/ Appeals ingestion into Case Management.
• Must have In-depth knowledge on designing, developing and implementing the business processes using IBM BAW product suites is required.
• Must have experience working in Case Manager, IBM BPM, FileNet and Microservices required.
• Must have experience in IBM BPM/ BAW process designing and UI/coach development required.
• Must have experience in using Web Process Designer, Process and Service Flows is preferred.
• Must have experience on Integrations with BAW such as REST/SOAP/Java is helpful.
• Must have experience in various sorts of automation techniques for BAW and BPM in general is preferred.
• Must have technical knowledge of database technologies and products such as MS SQL server, Oracle, SQL, No-SQL is preferred.
• Must have exposure of scripting technologies and various java script frameworks.
• Must have understanding of basic platform administration concepts such as process admin, snapshot deployment and user management etc. is preferred.
• Must have experience in an Agile Technology Development environment SAFe is preferred.
Must have experience mentoring others and leading small to medium sized projects.
Medicare/ Medicaid or Healthcare experience would be a plus. Some architecting experience with IBM BAW would be a plus.
