FULL TIME 40 hours a week, CONTRACT, ONSITE
Shift Hours: 8:00am to 5:00pm
Shift Days: Monday - Friday Pay Range:
[$ 43.13/hr] - [$47.17/hr]
Please note that actual compensation may vary within this range due to factors such as location, experience, and job responsibilities, and does not encompass additional non-standard compensation (e.g., benefits, paid time off, per diem, etc.).
Job Description Looking for an experienced Business Analyst. Document business policies, processes, workflows, and some procedures: Interview our global team to understand how the business functions today with special focus on business processes and workflows Informally document what is gathered; Organize, compile the content Present it to me and my core team as a reality check Drive the conversation with the team to solidify each process and workflow, formalize the documentation of each Drive the conversation with the team to identify any gaps between what we will have documented as possible desired future state - Vs. how we do things today and what we need to do to close the gaps. Select business procedures as next Level of detail down from processes and workflows likely much the same approach as above as a secondary priority not every procedure needs to be documented but some do] o Gather, elicit, and document requirements through multiple channels including working directly with business stakeholders, functional subject matter experts and operational leads. Comprehend and map interactions and relationships of complex systems people, processes, information, and technologies. Research and evaluate alternative solutions to satisfy business needs. Create system/process improvements through identification and removal of non-value-added activities. Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree is REQUIRED Should be strong in communication, ability to Learn and understand our business, good listening skills with ability to restate to check understanding; experienced in writing non-technical processes Word, following existing templates and workflows - Visio or equivalent. Must be able to properly interpret business requirements into documentation. Must have good Power Point & Presentation skills. Ability to own and drive the effort, manage as a project manager or at minimum project coordinator skills highly preferred. Global team support with partners in Asia, India and US.
