Epic Clarity Analyst

Key Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and maintain reports and dashboards using Reporting Workbench, Radar, and SlicerDicer. Utilize a strong understanding of the Epic Clarity Data Model, with a focus on EpicCare Ambulatory. Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and insights to support decision-making. Collaborate with clinical and operational teams to translate reporting needs into technical solutions. Document report logic, data sources, and usage instructions comprehensively. Conduct thorough testing and validation of reports for accuracy and reliability. Provide support and training to end-users on report utilization. Ensure all reporting aligns with organizational policies and regulatory requirements. Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Healthcare Informatics, or related field (or equivalent experience). Minimum of 3 years of experience with Epic Clarity Data Model (preferably EpicCare Ambulatory). Familiarity with SQL, data warehousing, and business intelligence tools. Experience in a healthcare environment preferred.
Compensation: $75.00 per hour
