Job Title: VP of Restaurant Operations
We are currently seeking a VP of Restaurant Operations to oversee and optimize the operations performance of the restaurant portfolio. Responsibilities
Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve business objectives and drive growth Recruit, train, and develop high-performing teams to ensure consistent operational standards Ensure all restaurants comply with health and safety regulations, licensing requirements, legal standards Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare regular reports for executive leadership Oversee both FOH and BOH Qualifications
The ideal candidate for this role should possess a combination of leadership skills, restaurant management experience, a strategic mindset, business acumen, and a focus on operational excellence Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field Proficiency in restaurant management software and technology Strong financial acumen with experience in budgeting and financial analysis Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills Proven track record of successfully leading and growing multi-unit restaurant operations Benefits
