Job Title: Interventional Radiology Technologist Profession: Radiology / Cardiology Specialty: Interventional Radiology Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Day Shift (08:00 - 16:30), Monday to Friday Hours per Shift: 8 hours Experience: 1 year required License: Current state licensure required Certifications: ARRT (R)(CV) or ARRT (R)(VI) preferred, BLS certification required Description: We are seeking an Interventional Radiology Technologist to join our team for a 13-week assignment. The ideal candidate should have at least 1 year of experience and be a Registered Technologist credentialed by ARRT in good standing. Certification in Cardiovascular-Interventional Radiography or Vascular-Interventional Radiology is preferred. Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is required. The responsibilities include working day shifts from 8:00 am to 4:30 pm, Monday to Friday, with on-call shifts required one day a week and one weekend a month. A response time of 1 hour is expected for on-call duties. The candidate must have knowledge of radiologic physics and computerized vascular equipment to safely inject and image human vascular anatomy. Experience with Siemens equipment, Zeegos, Pheno, and Artis bi-plane is preferred. Familiarity with mobile GE/OEC ELITE equipment is a plus.
