If this sounds like you, we should talk! An Office Manager is needed for a top-ranking Real Estate Team in the Springfield, MO area. This role is crucial in enabling the agents to focus on selling Real Estate by taking ownership of the back-end/daily administrative tasks and more. We’re seeking a highly professional, detail-oriented individual with a strong personality who isn’t timid, thrives under pressure, has a take-charge attitude, and a natural talent for organization. If you love creating systems, maintaining order, and checking things off your to-do list, you’ll fit right in! Compensation: • Salary Range: $35,000 - $45,000 • Paid Time Off (PTO)Bonuses: Considered after a 90-day period Responsibilities: This person’s primary responsibilities include, but are not limited to: • Managing day-to-day office operations. • Assisting and supporting the owners/agents in all business and personal areas, ensuring their life runs smoothly. • Taking ownership of tasks and ensuring things are handled. • Maintaining database management system(s). • Screening and directing phone calls; distributing correspondence. • Assisting clients to ensure an extraordinary experience with a smile and a can-do attitude. • Assisting in the coordination and execution of events. • Marketing listings, business, and the team through social media and other avenues. • Helping clients through the closing process. • Scheduling meetings and appointments with clients and vendors. • Producing reports, presentations, and marketing materials. • Assisting the team with meeting business goals and timelines. • Creating workflows and systems to efficiently assist the team. • Handling requests and queries appropriately. • Tracking expenses accurately and creating effective budgets for real estate transactions and investment properties. • Maintaining a highly organized office for the team. • (Eventually) Hiring, training, and holding team members accountable. This person must LOVE checklists, "to-do" lists, paperwork, and organization. Qualifications: • Outstanding organization and attention to detail. • Tech-savvy; up-to-date with the latest office tools and applications, and quick to learn new systems including AI. • Strong multitasking skills with the ability to prioritize daily workloads personally and for the team. • Self-motivated and capable of managing time independently to support a team. • Exceptional interpersonal skills, including superior oral and written communication. • Strong problem-solving abilities. • Discretion, confidentiality, and professionalism. • Superior customer service focus. • Comfortable managing and interacting with strong personalities. • Strong moral character. • Goal-oriented personally and professionally. • Must be thorough and proactive with the ability to anticipate business needs. • Real estate license or the ability to obtain a license within 90 days. • Thrives in a supportive role and has no interest in transitioning to a sales or production-focused position. • A desire to consistently learn and grow with a strong growth mindset. • College degree and social media experience are preferred but not required. Compensation:
