Compensation Analyst – Lafayette, IN - $75k - $85k/year

Aegis Worldwide is seeking a Compensation Analyst to support and develop comprehensive total rewards programs, including wages, benefits, incentives, and bonuses. This role involves collaborating with various teams and utilizing data-driven insights to ensure competitive and compliant compensation strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure compliance with federal and Indiana pay regulations to avoid penalties or lawsuits.
  • Collaborate with the Associate Development team to gather and analyze performance data for informed total rewards administration.
  • Conduct market research, analyze compensation surveys, and compile wage trend data to maintain competitive pay structures.
  • Prepare detailed reports based on job performance, compensation trends, and market pricing to guide organizational decisions.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field, with at least 2 years of experience in compensation or HR.
  • Strong data analysis and report presentation skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel, with experience in compensation surveys.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to prioritize under tight deadlines

Training:

  • Onsite training for the first six months, followed by a hybrid schedule.

Relocation:

  • Open to both local and relocation candidates, with relocation assistance provided.
