The primary focus and responsibility of this role is the successful U.S. commercialization of the balloon. However, as InSpace continues to expand internationally, the role will also support and educate international partners and customers. You will travel 30% to monthly tradeshows and other business related short-term trips. What you will do: Develop key marketing and educational materials to support product use and adoption Interpret competitive landscape and coach team on the market positioning and strengths/weaknesses of key competitors Drive segmentation and targeting methods to improve commercial efficiency Accurately forecast product volume and resource needs Develop a pricing approach consistent with the marketing strategy and brand positioning Serve as a clinical expert and resource on InSpace for our Sports Medicine sales force and our surgeon customers Develop strong relationships with sales professionals, internal stakeholders, and key customers (KOLs) Surface new or unexpressed customer needs, leading to product/program improvements Demonstrate financial acumen Promote an environment that fosters personal growth and development Hold self and your team accountable to deliver high quality results with passion, energy, and drive to meet business priorities Collaborate and influence others on cross-functional teams, advancing partnerships to achieve business objectives What you need: Required Bachelor’s degree 6+ years of work experience Preferred MBA preferred Medical device or marketing experience preferred Experience in public speaking Experience in product marketing or sales Experience in a clinical setting or OR environments Experience influencing HCPs Experience with Healthcare Administration Experience in developing product marketing strategies Stryker’s Sports Medicine business delivers a wide range of innovative sports medicine implants, instrumentation, resection, and biologic solutions. Actual minimum and maximum may vary based on location. Individual pay is based on skills, experience, and other relevant factors.
