Description of Office Manager

-Develop and institute revenue accruals for accurate financial reporting

-Perform comprehensive account reconciliation to ensure accurate financial records.

-Conduct monthly book closing via accrual-based accounting methods

-Receive shipments and accurately scan documents into the system

Details of Office Manager

- $25-35/hr DOE

- M-F, 7AM - 3:30PM

- Full time

- Temp to hire

Requirements and Qualifications of Office Manager

-Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred

-3+ years of experience as an office manager preferred

-Proficiency in QuickBooks and other accounting software

-Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting
