This intern role will work a hybrid schedule out of our Columbus, Ohio office and will report to the Senior Vice President, Chief Human Resources Officer.
This is a full-time summer internship for the 2025 summer and will require someone who can work at least 40 hours per week. Start and end dates will be based on availability and business need. Must be currently enrolled and have completed at least 60 credit hours with an accredited college or university.
Pay = $18 per hour

JOB OBJECTIVE:
The Intern, Human Resources will assist with projects associated with benefits, compensation, talent acquisition, learning and development, HRIS, payroll, and other HR generalist duties.
This is a summer internship and requires the selected candidate to work at least 40 hours per week. Start and end dates will be based on availability and business need.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
1. Under the direction of Human Resources professionals, assist with various HR duties.
2. Work with human resource staff on various projects.
NONESSENTIAL FUNCTION:
1. Other duties as assigned.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
* Must have completed at least 60 credit hours with an accredited college or university.
* Must be actively enrolled and pursuing a degree. Preference may be given to those pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Industrial Relations, Business Administration or related field.
* Discretion and ability to maintain confidentiality.
* Good computer skills.
* Good communication skills.
* Responsiveness to customer needs.
* Ability to work well with both internal and external customers.
* Initiative and desire to learn.
* Ability to multi-task.
* Strong attention to detail, including organizational skills.
