Key Responsibilities:

  1. Design, develop, and lead solution architectures aligned with business goals and technical requirements.
  2. Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into clear technical specifications.
  3. Recommend and implement cutting-edge technologies that meet product objectives.
  4. Create detailed architectural documentation, including diagrams, guidelines, and standards.
  5. Provide technical leadership during implementation, ensuring solutions meet design specifications.
  6. Establish and uphold architectural standards and best practices across all projects.
  7. Identify risks and develop strategies to mitigate them, ensuring successful project outcomes.
  8. Stay ahead of industry trends and advocate for best practices within the team, fostering a culture of continuous learning.

Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of IT experience, with at least 5 years in Solution Architecture.
  • Expertise with AWS Cloud Platform, Salesforce, Adobe Commerce, and other integrated software solutions.
  • Proficient in programming languages such as Java, Python, and familiar with microservices architecture, APIs, and integration patterns.
  • Strong background in data modeling, database design, and working across different OS (Linux, Windows).
  • Proven experience in DevOps methodologies and tools, including CI/CD, and automation technologies.
  • Ability to manage diverse teams, including both on-shore and off-shore resources, with a focus on collaboration and inclusivity.
  • Certifications in AWS, Azure, GCP, or other relevant technologies are preferred.
  • Experience with monitoring tools and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills, with a proactive and self-motivated mindset.

Salary: Dependent on Experience and Applicant Location ($140K - $180K)
