We are looking for a Senior Full-Stack Software Engineer to join our growing team and contribute to all aspects of our cutting-edge product. You will have the opportunity to take on technical challenges that help solve critical clinical operations problems in health systems. Our team is driven by impact, and we are seeking engineers who are excited to deliver meaningful solutions to real-world healthcare issues.

Our first product enables hospitals to optimize nursing staff schedules based on real-time patient demand, reducing inefficiencies in staffing decisions and improving patient care.

What you'll be doing:

  1. Designing and building scalable, high-performance web applications.
  2. Using Next.js, TailwindCSS, Supabase, and React (TypeScript) to develop front-end solutions.
  3. Working with AWS, Postgres, and other back-end technologies to ensure robust and secure infrastructure.
  4. Taking end-to-end ownership of features from planning to production.
  5. Collaborating with other engineers and stakeholders to deliver the best user experience.
  6. Helping drive innovation in healthcare tech solutions for our hospital partners.

Requirements:

  1. 2-10 years of full-stack development experience.
  2. Strong proficiency in Next.js, TypeScript, React, Postgres, and AWS.
  3. Experience building enterprise software in a fast-paced startup environment.
  4. Passion for working on impactful projects in healthcare.
  5. Eagerness to work in person with the team in San Francisco.
  6. Enthusiasm for technical challenges and a desire to learn and grow.
