We are partnering with an established, Atlanta-based distribution company to find their next Chief Financial Officer (CFO). With revenues in the $100-200M range, this company has demonstrated remarkable stability and growth, and provides a dynamic opportunity to make a significant impact on the organization and its strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

As CFO, you will have oversight of the Accounting, Finance, HR, and IT teams and will be responsible for:

  1. Financial Reporting & Forecasting
  2. Budgeting & Investment/ROI Analysis
  3. Cash Management & Treasury
  4. Sales Finance & Operations Support
  5. Inventory & Variance Analysis
  6. Capital/Debt Raising & GAAP Compliance
  7. Benefits Management & Technology Leadership

The Ideal Candidate Will Have:

  1. 15+ years of relevant experience, including prior CFO-level experience
  2. Experience in inventory-based business models (manufacturing, distribution, retail, etc.)
  3. Proven track record of partnering with Sales, Operations, and Supply Chain to add value
  4. Strong analytical, financial modeling, and systems expertise
  5. Leadership experience, with a passion for mentoring and team development
  6. Strategic mindset with the ability to dig into the details when necessary
  7. MBA and CPA
  8. Experience leading in similarly sized organization
  9. Track record of job stability and progressive career development required for consideration.
