- You're a trained and practiced conceptual thinker with a strong portfolio in social-first ideas, especially in lo-fi, video-driven, and digital formats.
- You're deeply familiar with social media trends and know how to apply CGI, AI art, and lo-fi aesthetics to create compelling, thumb-stopping content.
- You thrive in a fast-paced environment, moving quickly and easily between projects, adapting to new requests and timelines without missing a beat.
- You're passionate about video production, from concept to execution, and understand its vital role in social media.
- You're adept at cross-discipline collaboration, working seamlessly with copywriters, strategists, and other creatives to bring innovative social activations to life.
- You bring a positive, solution-focused attitude and are always curious about new techniques, technology, and trends.
- You present your ideas with enthusiasm and know how to tell a visual story that captures attention and delivers impact.

- Concept and create innovative visual content across social platforms.
- Lead the development of high-quality, engaging content specifically for special projects and campaigns, going beyond day-to-day content needs.
- Work across a variety of project types within social media, including short-form video, dynamic posts, digital-first activations, and trend-driven experiments.
- Collaborate closely with copywriters, strategists, and other team members to ensure cohesive and effective creative solutions for high-impact social campaigns.
- Stay on top of the latest social media trends and incorporate them strategically into your work, ensuring content feels fresh, relevant, and engaging.
- Present creative work confidently to internal stakeholders and clients, bringing a strong visual storytelling approach.
- Uphold brand style guidelines while pushing boundaries to create unique, impactful content for special social activations.
- Participate actively in brainstorms and contribute to the overall culture, building team camaraderie and an environment where creativity thrives.
- Learn from each project and apply insights to continually elevate your work.
You've got to check the boxes before you can think outside of them.
- Bachelor's degree in a creative or design-related field preferred.
- 4+ years of agency and/or in-house creative experience with a focus on digital and social media projects.
- Expertise in Photoshop, Illustrator, and video production software (e.g., Premiere Pro, After Effects).
- Experience with multiple mediums for lo-fi content creation.
- Bonus points for skills in XD/Figma, spatial design, illustration, and/or photo compositing.
- Strong time management, organizational, and communication skills.
- Open to travel, extended hours, and weekend work as necessary.
