Essential Functions:
- Participate in the set-up, execution and break-down of T-Mobile Park for all Mariners home games and non-baseball events as outlined in the Home Stand Information Reports and Non-Baseball Event Orders.
- Responsible for the physical set up and breakdown of event spaces including but not limited to tables, chairs, bike rack, stage equipment, Terraplas Flooring, and other equipment for meetings and special events.
- Execute projects and event space set-up with accuracy and efficiency from start to finish.
- Assist in the management and supervision of promotional giveaway distribution.
- Able to evaluate logistical processes in tandem with Ballpark Management, contribute to the efficiencies of the overall Event Operation.
- Fill in for "Fielders" in various gameday attractions and events.
- Work closely with clients and third-party vendors with professionalism and exceptional service.
- Stand and/or walk for the duration of a baseball game operating hours (approx. 6-10 hr) or scheduled event in order to complete assignments.
- Support all Mariners' initiatives, follow all stadium policies and procedures, and exemplify the "Mariners Way".
- Some positions require an advanced knowledge of MLB rules and regulations: If assigned, lead operations at the hand operated scoreboard. If assigned, retrieve foul balls during game, protect guests by fielding batted balls toward the stands. Must not interfere with balls/players in the field of play.
- If assigned, lead the MLB Guests Pass operations: Greeting VIP guests, following proper policy and procedures, Operating Guest Pass Computer and Printer, troubleshooting issues and problem solving, escorting VIP guests through high-security areas of the ballpark,
- Assist in shagging balls or throwing batting practice during special events.
- Maintain professionalism when interacting with or around Mariners personnel, media, and other guests.
- Operate machinery and equipment including electric carts and pallet jacks when needed.
- Attend all mandatory Team Member meetings and training.
- Will perform other duties as assigned
- This is a part-time, year-round role. Must have availability to be scheduled 20 days a month.
- Must be available to work a variety of shifts including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Must be available for large-scale events throughout the calendar year that require full staffing levels including concerts, all weekend home games and Enchant.
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Bachelor's degree and or current course study towards a degree is preferred. A degree or course study in Sports Management/Administration, Event Management, Hospitality, or Business is preferred.
- Must have a valid driver's license.

- Must be available to work a variety of shifts including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays including baseball and non-baseball events.
- Must be available for large scale events throughout the calendar year including concerts, all weekend home games and Enchant Christmas.
- Must be able to stand and/or walk for the duration of a baseball game or event.
- Must be able to frequently move up to 30lbs. independently, and 50+lbs. with assistance.
