We are seeking an experienced Property Accountant to join our clients dynamic team at a reputable real estate company. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the financial accounting of a diverse portfolio of properties, ensuring accurate tenant billing, performing reconciliations, and overseeing all property-related accounting functions. The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in real estate accounting, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.Below are more details!

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee and manage the financial accounting for a portfolio of properties, including general ledger entries, accounts payable/receivable, and tenant billing.

Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.

Perform account reconciliations for property-related accounts, including bank accounts, security deposits, and operating expenses.

Track and manage property-related expenses, including utilities, taxes, insurance, and maintenance costs.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

Strong knowledge of real estate accounting principles, including tenant billing, CAM reconciliations, and property-related expenses.

Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Yardi, MRI, RealPage) and advanced Excel skills.

Ability to manage multiple properties and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Pay Details:

$25.00 to $35.00 per hour
