Description: Client is seeking a dedicated Junior Buyer to join our manufacturing team. The Junior Buyer will play a crucial role in the procurement process, responsible for sourcing, managing supplier relationships to ensure timely delivery of high-quality materials for our manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in procurement within the manufacturing industry, excellent negotiation skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders. Responsibilities:

Source and evaluate suppliers based on quality, cost, reliability, and other key performance metrics to support manufacturing operations. ssist with the procurement process from requisition to delivery, ensuring on-time delivery of materials and maintaining optimal inventory levels. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including production, engineering, and quality assurance, to understand material requirements and align procurement activities with production schedules. Utilize procurement tools and systems to track and report on procurement metrics, such as cost savings, supplier performance, and inventory management. Have experience in creating PO, Requisition flow, supply chain, RMA etc Qualifications:

ssociate/Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, business administration, engineering, or a related field; Minimum of 1 years of experience in procurement within the manufacturing industry, with a focus on sourcing and supplier management. Strong knowledge of procurement principles, contract negotiation, supplier evaluation, and inventory management. Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external suppliers. nalytical mindset with the ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions to improve procurement performance and achieve cost savings goals. Knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance standards related to procurement and manufacturing processes. Expertise in Microsoft Office applications including Project, Word, Excel and PowerPoint, and MRP/ERP systems. Experience with Microsoft D365 ERP a plus. ISO9001 experience is also a plus.
