SAP ABAP Developer

Location : New Jersey Years of Experience : 8 - 10 Years PA M/WBE vendors : Yes Job Summary: As a SAP Technical ABAP Developer, you will be responsible for developing and implementing custom solutions in SAP using ABAP programming language. You will work closely with functional consultants and end-users to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications. Additionally, you will be responsible for supporting existing systems and ensuring smooth operation of SAP applications. Key Responsibilities: Develop and maintain custom ABAP programs and reports, including enhancements, user exits, and BADI implementations. Design, develop and maintain SAP interfaces using various technologies such as RFC, IDoc, ALE, and Web services. Should have expertise in ABAP debugging and performance tuning . Work on Smart Form and Adobe Forms. Should have experience working in upgrade project and managing SPAU & SPDD activities. Strong understanding of SAP modules such as SRM, MM, FI. Develop and maintain custom workflow. Collaborate with functional consultants and end-users to understand business requirements and provide technical solutions that meet their needs. Analyze and troubleshoot technical issues, and provide resolutions to ensure systems are running smoothly. Keep up-to-date with the latest SAP technologies and apply them to improve system performance and efficiency. Develop and maintain technical documentation related to ABAP developments, interfaces, and data dictionaries.
