We are seeking a detail-oriented and efficient Data Entry Clerk to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurately entering and managing data, maintaining databases, and ensuring data integrity. This role requires excellent typing skills, attention to detail, and the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.


Key Responsibilities
  • Input, update, and maintain accurate data in databases, spreadsheets, and other systems.
  • Verify and cross-check data to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Identify and correct data entry errors or inconsistencies.
  • Organize and maintain files and records for easy retrieval.
  • Generate reports and summaries from data as requested.
  • Collaborate with team members to resolve data-related issues.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in data entry or related fields are a plus.
  • Proficiency in typing with high accuracy (speed test results may be required).
  • Familiarity with MS Office (Excel, Word) and data entry software.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to work independently.
