The Enterprise Architect works with business stakeholders in Procure to Pay End to End Cross functional process including Direct and Indirect Procurement, Supply planning, Finance, and Manufacturing to support the development of Enterprise Application strategy for large cross functional programs and collaborates with all levels of management to support the successful execution of that strategy. The Enterprise Architect sets and maintains the holistic vision for the Technology based on the business strategy and works with Solution Architects (SA) to define the activities to support architecture and technical scope to achieve the business outcomes for cross functional initiatives. The Enterprise Architect acts as a liaison between Business Stakeholders, and IT senior management for cross functional projects to ensure effective alignment across the enterprise. The Enterprise Architect collects objectives, generates solution options and provides recommendations that are applicable across the entire business. The Enterprise Architect working with Portfolio leadership and IT leadership drives delivery of IT capabilities & solutions for large cross functional programs.

Responsibilities:

This individual would have responsibilities in these areas (but not limited to):

  • Partner and collaborate with key Business stakeholders in Procurement, Manufacturing & Finance to help reach enterprise architecture decisions to support business goals.
  • Ensure alignment of IT strategy and planning with company’s business goals, including Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) assuming strategic architecture responsibility for Enterprise cross functional programs.
  • Create IT capability models and roadmaps in support of business strategies balancing short- and long-term goals for large cross functional projects.
  • Develop multiyear ERP roadmaps and align capability models to technology roadmaps to realize business strategies.
  • Develop current and future state Architecture for cross functional programs.
  • Lead and Drive the Enterprise Architecture Review Board and Provide strategic direction and decisions.

Key Enterprise Initiatives:

  • Deliver Architectural directions for Key ADI Strategic initiatives in the near term to Procure to Pay IT Portfolio priorities.
  • Drive holistic strategy for large cross functional programs across multiple business divisions and business functions.
  • Drive realization of the ERP Roadmap for Business process harmonization and ADI Strategic emerging Business needs.

Technology Rationalization, Risk & Compliance:

  • Establish standards, principles and governance frameworks.
  • Lead and engage in IT Architecture Review Board and drive decisions encompassing scale, performance, cost, quality, security and life cycle management.
  • Provide technical consultation, meeting with colleagues to provide technical expertise and perspective.
  • Build employee knowledge and skills.
  • Participate in the development of policies, standards, principles, and guidelines that direct the selection, development, implementation and use of Tools and technologies within the enterprise.
  • Work with Solution Architects (SAs) to ensure IT solutions are scalable, adaptable, and aligned with changing business needs.
  • Promote concepts of shared infrastructure and applications to reduce costs and improve information flow.
  • Ensure adequate risk management of IT assets through appropriate standards and security policies.
  • Maintain and rationalize ERP landscape as part of the overall ADI systems landscape.

Collaboration and Communication:

  • Collaborate with business leaders, customers, IT teams, and other stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into technical requirements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT Business Partners, IT PMO, Solutions Architects, Infrastructure and Information Security Teams, to ensure seamless integration of solutions into the overall IT ecosystem.
  • Communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders, ensuring clarity and understanding.

Qualifications & Education:

  • 13+ years of related work experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Experience in leading architecture for enterprise systems and applications, including driving vision, strategy, and roadmap.
  • Experience in developing cost-effective, highly scalable, and available secure enterprise IT solutions on a global scale.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of ERP capabilities including Procure to Pay, Manufacturing and Finance.
  • Strong Business process knowledge in Direct and Indirect Procurement, Finance and Manufacturing.
  • Deep hands on Functional and Technical experience in multiple modules of SAP ERP.
  • S/4 HANA experience is a plus.
  • Semi-conductor industry experience is plus.
  • Full lifecycle ERP (preferably SAP) implementation experience.
  • Experience with Global ERP roll out preferred.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of enterprise applications, suites, and platforms.
  • Experienced with application lifecycle management processes (SDLC etc.)
  • Experience in Financial planning, portfolio planning, business analysis and TCO models.
  • Knowledge of IT governance and operations.
  • Project/Program management experience.
  • Expert communication skills, written & spoken.
  • Ability to explain complex technical issues in a way that non-technical people may understand.
  • Strong analytical, critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills including collaboration, facilitation, and negotiation across teams.
