Senior Director Product AI Engineering

Role & Responsibilities
- This is a high visibility role in leading AI product and solution development as part of ADI’s Edge AI team within the CTO office. You will be responsible for delivering high-value AI products and solutions to our business units and customers.
- Manage a team of AI engineers and work with cross-functional software, data, and embedded teams to put AI products into production internally and in customer-facing.
- Build a project pipeline for AI products with our business units and customers.
- Work with AI platform and software teams to create reusable AI models and technologies.
- Partner with business units and executive team to drive AI product strategy.
- Identify and prioritize the highest value AI product opportunities and work with businesses to develop them.
- Collaborate with industry innovators, customers, ADI BUs, Sales, and other stakeholders.
- Thought leadership in AI for the Edge, with the ability to represent ADI with customer senior leaders & CTOs.
- Communicate AI's value clearly by articulating high-level concepts and detailed user stories to advance ADI’s strategy and business.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in engineering, including 5+ years working in AI or machine learning development.
- Degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience owning products or projects and leading them from inception to delivery, especially in the semiconductor space, is a plus.
- Proven senior AI and software engineers leadership and the ability to mentor and develop new talent.
- A confident influencer with strong communication skills who quickly establishes credibility.
