Staff Platform Engineer

Salary Range: $140,000-$180,000 base plus competitive equity.

Candidate Requirements:

1. 2+ years of experience in DevOps. They don't need to have DevOps/SRE title; if they're a BE software engineer with some indicator that they were responsible for DevOps at their company, that's fine.
2. Backend Python/Django experience.
3. Professional experience with containers (Docker, etc) (5+ years required).
4. Professional experience with AWS (5+ years required).
5. Strong fundamental understanding and usage of a RDBMS [Postgres preferred].
6. In-depth knowledge and hands-on experience with monitoring solutions [Prometheus, Loki, DataDog, Sentry, etc].
7. Strong work ethic, end-to-end ownership mentality.
