Description Oversee and manage all plant operations to ensure optimal productivity Develop and implement strategies for continuous improvement in processes Apply lean manufacturing principles to maximize efficiency Ensure the highest standards of safety are maintained across the plant Lead and mentor a high-performing team Collaborate cross-functionally with other departments to achieve company goals Manage budgetary and production KPI's Oversee the plant's quality control procedures Profile A successful Plant Manager should have: A strong background in precision machining and LEAN manufacturing Proven experience in leading and developing high-performing teams A strategic mindset with excellent problem-solving skills A strong commitment to safety and quality control Excellent communication and leadership skills Experience in cross-functional collaboration and process improvement
