Position Specific Description
This role requires a highly skilled and motivated AI Prompt & Agentic IT Business Analyst with a deep curiosity of AI technologies and a proven track record of being a prompting prodigy. This role requires a unique blend of technical expertise, analytical thinking, and business acumen to enhance our AI initiatives.
AI Agent Design & Development: Develop intelligent agents tailored to meet the specific needs of various business units, including operational units, customer service, supply chain, executive leadership, and beyond. Being an AI artisan is integral to success in this space
Process Optimization: Be the detective who uncovers inefficiencies and the visionary who implements AI-driven agentic solutions to streamline our business processes.
Data Analysis & Interpretation: Transform raw data into golden insights that drive the design of AI agents, adding substantial value to our operating units
Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate with business leaders, IT professionals, and other stakeholders to understand their needs, present AI agentic solutions, and ensure successful implementation.
Project Management: Lead multiple AI/Agentic projects with finesse, ensuring timely delivery and effective communication with all relevant parties.
Technical Documentation: Create comprehensive documentation for AI agents, including design specifications, user guides, and maintenance procedures.
Performance Monitoring: Be the guardian of our AI agents, constantly monitoring and refining them to ensure peak performance. Educate and empower stakeholder teams to continuously iterate on their agentic solutions
Innovation & Best Practices: Stay abreast of the latest AI trends and technologies, and advocate for their adoption within the organization to maintain a competitive edge. Ensure technology processes are conducted with company policies and standards in mind, and drive the AI roadmap across business units
Preferred Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, Business Analytics, or commensurate professional experience
Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in AI technologies, with a focus on creating and deploying AI agents for business applications.
Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable business insights.
Business Acumen: Understanding of business processes across various functional areas and the ability to align AI solutions with strategic objectives.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Problem-Solving: Demonstrated ability to tackle complex problems systematically and devise innovative solutions.
Team Player: Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team in a fast-paced environment.
Education: Master’s degree is preferred.
Business Skills: Stakeholder management and experience presenting to executive leadership
Process Improvement: Six Sigma certification preferred
Industry Knowledge: Experience in energy or utilities a plus
