Clutch has a client looking for a Sr. Data Analyst with media agency experience.
Responsibilities:
  • Data Analysis & Insights:
    • Lead cross-functional projects to uncover strategic insights and optimization opportunities through advanced data modeling and analysis.
    • Build, maintain, and develop data models, reporting systems, and dashboards to support key business decisions.
    • Manage the collection, Q&A, design, and interpretation of data in collaboration with media, strategy, creative, and account teams.
    • Ensure data accuracy and deliverable quality through robust policies and processes.
  • Data Engineering & Optimization:
    • Oversee data intake, validation, mining, engineering, modeling, visualization, and communication.
    • Manage the data/report request process, including tracking, prioritization, and approval.
    • Anticipate future data needs and implement solutions to address them.
    • Communicate insights and business impacts to internal and external stakeholders.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, communications, or similar.
  • 7+ years of experience in digital media and analytics roles in a full-service agency.
  • Strong proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Google Data Studio (Looker Studio), and Google Ads.
  • Experience with Facebook Ads, Google Campaign Manager, the Trade Desk, or Sizmek (Amazon Ads)
  • Expertise in data streaming, cleaning, and dashboard building using tools like Datorama, Tableau, Power BI, or Data Studio/Looker.
  • Google Big Query experience is a plus.
  • Working knowledge of HTML, JavaScript, and website tagging.
  • Excellent communication skills to convey complex analytics concepts to diverse audiences.
  • Experience with statistical techniques, hypothesis testing, and data-driven recommendations.
  • Preferred experience in finance clients.
  • Strong SQL skills and knowledge of data mining principles.
  • Experience with statistical modeling techniques (GLM, regression)
  • Knowledge of multi-touch attribution and advanced analytics software is a plus.
