Job Description

They are currently looking to add a dynamic Accounting Controller who is well-versed with financial close, variance analysis, inventory reconciliation, a manufacturing background, and more!

Responsibilities

Own all aspects of month-end close process, ensuring accuracy and efficiency
Communicate daily with the CFO two business days before month-end to ensure alignment with the Controller and other key stakeholders
Partner with other Accounting members for inventory tracking, reconciliations, general ledger accounts, and find or located any discrepancies
Oversee accounting team members and help manage, foster a culture of accountability, and collaboration
Oversee financial processes, provide process improvements/optimizations, and including AR/AP, and PO alignment
Cash flow management
ERP System optimization and reporting
Support audits, tax compliance, ensure accuracy, and be a key point of contact for external auditors and regulatory bodies

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required
CPA or CMA preferred
5-7+ Years of financial close process
Inventory reconciliation and integrate operational data into an ERP/Financial system
3+ Years of Supervisory/Managerial experience with an accountability and collaboration focus
