A summary of key duties includes:

  • You will manage the payroll, accounts payable and all reconciliations and month-end close actions.
  • Performance reviews, hiring and coaching for your team.
  • Conducts audits of budgeted items
  • Responsible for various ledgers including- cash disbursements, cash receipts, month end payroll summary, bimonthly payroll oversight, month end payroll reconciliation, complete journal entries to adjust the general ledgers.
  • Provide financial updates to senior leadership.
  • Responsible for closing monthly financials.
Experience required:
  • Advanced Excel and comfortable working with large data sets.
  • BA/BS in Accounting, Finance or Economics
  • System savvy. This organization using multiple tools including Sage, Bill.com and Excel
  • A minimum of three years accounting leadership experience and a total of six years' experience
  • Prior experience leading through change and creating best practices to improve financial success.
