Job Responsibilities:
Accounting;
-
Oversee Financial Management, Treasury Management, Financial Analysis, Cost Analysis, and Reporting.
-
Record and maintain business financial transactions including purchases, sales revenue, invoices, payments, and credits.

Provide oversight of AP, AR, and Collection processes
-
Perform financial and cost analysis reporting.
-
Handle commissions, dividends, and trust payments.
-
Back up payroll documentation and reporting using Paylocity.
-
Maintain and report on business credit cards.
Tax;
-
Validate and classify sales tax and sales orders.
-
Report weekly and monthly sales tax files.
-
Prepare state and federal tax reports.
-
Work directly with company CPAs.
Operations & Ad-Hoc;
-
Manage physical inventory.
-
Track and calculate distributor rebates.
-
Manage customer and vendor portals and setups.
-
Support standard 401K reporting requests.
-
Reconcile and process employee benefits payments
-
Complete tasks and requests from the CEO and COO.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $43.27 - $51.00
