Our client is seeking
two Clinical Informatics Analysts
to play a vital role in their Electronic Health Record (EHR) implementation and solutions. This position requires a blend of technical expertise, healthcare knowledge, and excellent documentation skills to support the success of a critical healthcare initiative.
Key Responsibilities:
EHR System Development & Support:
Design, develop, configure, implement, and support EHR systems in compliance with Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) guidelines and established project standards. Workflow Analysis:
Document and analyze healthcare workflow processes to align with industry standards and project implementations. Technical Leadership:
Provide training and technical guidance, including the creation of software design documents and end-user support materials. System Customization:
Evaluate and tailor system configurations to ensure alignment with business and healthcare workflows. Documentation:
Create and maintain comprehensive software design documents, workflow diagrams, and other technical materials. Agile Methodologies:
Support the adoption and implementation of agile development practices, ensuring technical compliance throughout the project lifecycle. Required Qualifications:
Minimum
5 years
of experience in system analysis, design, development, configuration, and support. Proficiency in
Application Lifecycle Management (ALM)
methodologies. Strong documentation skills, particularly in workflow processes and system configurations. Experience providing technical training and support within healthcare environments. Hands-on experience with system and technical configuration. Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in
Computer Science, Information Systems, Health Informatics,
or a related field (equivalent experience may substitute for education). Familiarity with healthcare administration, business administration, or electronic healthcare technology. Position Details:
