Overview

The PMX Growth Organization is responsible for accelerating Groupe transformation to high growth businesses and solutions through the development of company-wide strategies for new market entry, client development, and integration.

The Growth Operations team is responsible for supporting the Chief Growth Officer to develop, deploy, and manage key Groupe growth strategies across primary product pillars. The team is responsible for commercial pricing/management, KPI tracking, and overall strategic analysis of the business health/growth. The team is consistently working to fine-tune the agency model and client experience.

The Growth Operations, Senior Director is responsible for the strategic oversight and implementation of US Growth Ops product, insights, and processes to non-US markets by agencies/advertisers alike. They will partner with the Growth Ops US leads to deliver key business analysis, tracking of KPIs against targets, and responsibility for partnering with the larger growth organization to drive revenue and ideal commercial outcomes for the respective growth businesses.

The role requires collaboration with multiple cross-functional teams in several different markets: finance, sales, legal, agency teams, and key leadership. The Senior Director will be responsible for executing the commercial strategies of the respective Growth businesses.


Responsibilities

  • Manage the strategy and delivery of key business analysis and KPI tracking for executive leadership.
  • Be the subject matter expert in Publicis Growth business and products as it relates to our commercial strategy, positioning, and pricing in the US and scale to other markets.
  • Work directly alongside Growth Ops US in process creation, collaboration, and product management.
  • Serve as the key partner and liaison to both sales and finance for revenue and business operations work.
  • Grow the value and utility of Growth Operations and our advanced strategic and analytical insights for PMX, Publicis Media, and Epsilon.
  • Enforce contractual compliance policies related to Growth businesses and products.
  • Evolve revenue ops processes related to financial forecasting and pacing across all businesses and products.

Qualifications

  • 7-10 years of experience in business or revenue operations, finance, commercial, or analytics functions – preferably in advertising or media sectors, preferably has experience in non-US markets.
  • A strong conceptual thinker who can input on ways to reinvent our process and approach.
  • Can manage complexity and ambiguity comfortably and work in a highly matrixed environment.
  • Ability to multi-task and manage various projects simultaneously.
  • Takes initiative; self-starter; ability and desire to master the advertising marketplace as well as the Publicis business.
  • Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines and strong follow-through.
  • Strong analytical and Excel skills.
  • Familiarity with agency operations and digital advertising business models.
  • Extremely organized with attention to detail and an eagerness to learn.

Compensation Range: $115,000 - $155,325 annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time.
