An ideal candidate will have experience in all facets of plaintiff-side litigation. They will manage a small caseload of catastrophic personal injury, wrongful death and product liability cases. The hired candidate will lead a team consisting of a seasoned law & motion attorney as well as a paralegal. They will have authority and complete autonomy to make decisions, develop case strategy for litigation, settlement negotiation, and or trial.
