Hilton Garden Inn New York Times Square Central is a brand new hotel ideally located on famous 42nd Street, steps from Broadway theaters, Restaurant Row & more.  The hotel offers 282 brand-new guestrooms with king or two queen beds plus modern in-room amenities.

Responsibilities
  • Exposure to the overall operation of Guest Services, Concierge and Uniformed Services, Housekeeping, Laundry, Security, Communications, Reservations. 
  • Assisting in the operations area in an attentive, friendly, efficient and courteous manner, providing all guests with quality service.
  • Must be effective in handling problems, including anticipating, preventing, identifying and solving problems as necessary.
  • Opportunity to learn from the best in Rooms Management field and embark on an exciting experiences at Highgate.
Qualifications
  • Currently studying for Bachelor ‘s degree, Graduate degree or equivalent in Hotel Management or related field.
  • We are looking for individuals who possess a high level of attention to detail and a strong work ethic.
  • Strong communication skills are required.
  • Applicants must also have the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
  • Demonstrated aptitude for problem solving and problem identification.
  • Proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint required.

Compensation - $20.00 Per hour
