Head of FP&A About the Company Rapidly expanding healthcare company Industry Hospital & Health Care Type Privately Held About the Role The Company is in search of a Remote Head of FP&A to lead the financial planning, analysis, and accounting functions. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving the financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes, as well as implementing strategies to optimize working capital. This role requires the development and maintenance of financial models to support strategic decision-making, preparation of financial statements and reports, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to provide financial insights. The Head of FP&A will also ensure compliance with GAAP and best practices in financial operations. Applicants for the Head of FP&A position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field, with an MBA or CPA preferred. A minimum of 8 years of finance experience, particularly in a startup or high-growth environment, is required. Strong leadership skills, experience in managing and developing teams, and advanced Excel skills are essential. The ideal candidate will have a background in the healthcare technology industry and experience with ERP systems and financial planning software. The role demands excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication abilities, as well as the capacity to present complex financial information to various stakeholders.
