Client Details

Structural Concrete sub contractor based in Colorado Springs that serves general contractors and homeowners. They have two divisions, commercial and residential. Both have robust pipelines of work causing the team to expand in order to accommodate project demands.

Description

Construction Concrete Superintendent will be responsible for the following:

  • Run/manage project from start to finish
  • Oversee Foreman on a daily bases
  • Enforce a safe work environment, practices and culture on the project.
  • Overseeing projects making sure all aspects run smoothly and meet the project schedule
  • Partnering with general contractors and at times, client facing on the project

Profile

Construction Concrete Superintendent must have the following:

  • 5+ years of concrete construction experience
  • Commercial experience required- 5+ years experience
  • Structural and flatwork concrete experience
  • Strong mathematical and computer aptitude is also necessary.
