healthcare , K-12, and/or municipal projects to join their team in the Dallas-Fort Worth metroplex. Description Lead project management efforts while coordinating with client, architects, and engineers Assist in potential business development meetings and proposals Lead from the front to maintain their positive office culture Creates and reviews project schedules Partner with client from preconstruction phase through closeout Develops relationships with clients, architects, engineers and subcontractors Handle forecasting and estimating costs while making changes to costs for project completion Ensure safety protocols are being adhered to on the job site Profile Minimum 5+ years of experience with a general contractor Bachelor's degree in construction field preferred Experience leading and assisting on healthcare construction projects Positive attitude & able to effectively communicate Success driven Exemplifies good leadership qualities and characteristics Knowledge of budgeting, scheduling, materials, and local subcontractors Previous mentorship experience is a strong plus Job Offer Highly reputable construction firm - low turnover rates and clear path for growth Job security - established pipeline and backlog $110,000 - $140,000 Base Salary Bonus incentives Healthcare 401k Company allowances Healthy Paid Time Off Apply today for your application to be considered - and if applicable - contacted within 48 hours!
