Project Management Assistant

Volt is seeking to add a detail-oriented and well-organized staff member to our clients growing team.

Reporting to the Office Manager, you will play a key role in the day-to-day activities, helping with multiple aspects of our projects. Successful candidates will possess a client-focused, positive attitude and the ability to work well in a high-volume environment, along with strong communication skills.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Ensure accurate and compliant project setup using system software. Provide a full range of contract and document support for our Project Managers and other areas of our company. Communicate with internal and external stakeholders regarding various aspects of project management. Manage administrative documentation. Perform general office duties (phones, filing, mailing, etc.). Qualifications:

2+ years in an administrative role. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Familiarity with MS Office and other business software. Excellent time management and multitasking skills. Experience in the construction industry is a plus.

Full Time Hours

Hourly Pay:

$20.00-$21.00/Hour

Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
