We need a Area Sales Manager to oversee the Hospice team in Rancho Mirage. Our Area Sales Managers provide leadership and guidance while demonstrating excellence in the field. Strong marketing skills and tactful practice come together in this role to create vision and cohesion in alignment with Sales goals.

Compensation starts at $140,000 annually, DOE

Responsibilities Responsible to initiate same store Medicare growth through the management and support of the sales personnel. Maintain individual territory in addition to all Sales duties management duties. Perform individual sales duties at the highest levels and should display professional behavior both externally and internally. Implementation of all new clinical programs in their territory. Participation in sales training, sales and program development. Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field; Masters Degree preferred. At least three years experience in health care marketing management, preferably in home care operations. Demonstrated ability to supervise and direct professional and administrative personnel. Knowledge of corporate business management. Demonstrates good communications, negotiation, and public relations skills.
