15 years of technical program management experience, including experience with initiatives.

You will lead and build global teams of Technical Program Managers and Solutions Engineers in collaboration with the Platform Infrastructure Engineering Software teams on behalf of global server operations and logistics to develop system software, product strategy, systems architecture, service level agreements, and engineering health. You will drive innovation and development for platforms at scale incorporating AI. Your team will reduce variability in the supply chain and improve cycle time across the data center fleet.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $253,000-$363,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities:
Hire, develop, and lead teams of solutions engineers and technical program managers.
Collaborate with leaders across multiple engineering and technical teams to develop, own, and articulate tactical plans and long-term strategy for Google’s server operations systems.
Lead planning, strategy, and execution forums that focus on centrally prioritizing systems product and engineering features, bugs, optimization, new evaluations, and systems support.
Execute, manage, and maintain systems architecture as-is and to be between product, engineering, and operations.
Enable the fleet health through engineering support, architecture, and innersourcing, and drive down systems reductions with an increase in automation.
