Job Summary
Cognizant’s Digital Engineering practice is seeking a highly qualified Documentum Lead with experience developing and building hard-working, scalable, enterprise applications. You will be part of a digital software team that works on high-demand applications.

You will work side by side with product managers, designers, and clients, making decisions together to quickly deliver valuable working software to clients and their users. Responsibilities
Perform tasks related to developing and enhancing Documentum D2 24.3 Application in AWS cloud environment.
Generate high-quality project documentation such as run books, wiki pages, etc.
Solve complex technical problems such as REST Services, AWS Cloud Environment Documentum Platform issues.
Monitor and tune Documentum environment to obtain optimum performance.
Test and/or code programs and resolve related problems in large complex systems.
Deploy the D2 Configuration, Documentum Custom Jobs, and Custom Application deployments into Test, QA & Production Environment through GitHub, CI/CD Pipeline Release, etc.
D2 Development for enhancement requests.
Good communication, analytical, problem-solving skills, and a learning attitude.
Coordinate with offshore team members and provide daily status to the respective team.
Mentor junior resources.
Excellent communication and customer management skills; articulate and facilitate conversations with business owners, delivery team, and clients.
Qualifications
8+ years of experience in Documentum administration.
Hands-on experience in Documentum D2 Configuration and Administration.
Hands-on experience supporting or developing REST services using either Java/Spring Boot.
Relevant experience with API concepts and technologies such as REST, JSON, XML, SOAP, YAML, and Swagger.
Experience with messaging platforms such as SQS/SNS.
Must have experience mentoring junior resources in the team.
Knowledge in integration architectures.
Experience developing within agile methodology using CI/CD pipeline.
Knowledge in Git, BitBucket, Jenkins automation.
Demonstrate experience and ability to work without technical oversight and to lead and/or supervise a team of specialists.
Possess superior oral and written communication skills to clearly and effectively convey issues and ideas to team members, management, and customers.
In-depth knowledge of development tools like Composer, IDQL, IAPI, DAR Installer, Eclipse, STS, SoapUI, PostMan, etc.
Good understanding of various frameworks and design patterns used in developing products.
D2 Development & Configuration.
Able to understand current requirements in iStream web application and convert them to D2 Configuration.
Define Documentum repository structure and object types.
Ability to provide solutions based on current configuration.
Experience supporting D2 based application.
Salary and Other Compensation:
Applications will be accepted until 28 December 2024.
The annual salary for this position is between $81,337 – $141,500 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.
