We are looking for an OREO Transaction Management Analyst for our Transaction Management business line. Our Transaction Management team helps clients strategize, evaluate and execute real estate transactions to meet their business and occupancy needs. Our analyst works primarily in a support role on lease acquisitions, sale dispositions and other transaction and account management related projects. The analyst will be involved, in a support capacity, in all aspects of the team’s transaction activities, including, but not limited to, providing financial and valuation analysis; due diligence oversight; OREO Reporting, Real Estate Governance and assisting in the development of pitch, presentation and investment offering marketing materials. What this job involves Successful people in this position will bring a positive attitude, be able to quickly adapt to change, and demonstrate accountability at the highest levels. You’ll need to have at least basic knowledge of qualitative and financial analysis. In this role, you will evaluate client building alternatives, lease options and track transactions on web based applications. You’ll need to be able to extrapolate, analyze, and present data for management information reporting purposes. Consistent work habits, which include actively monitoring and reporting on the progress of assigned transactions. To apply you need to be / have: Real estate brokerage or salesperson license preferred Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, economics or related field 1-3 years of commercial real estate experience Financial, analytical and reporting skills Advanced computer skills (MS Office, including Excel, Work, PowerPoint and Outlook) Attention to detail, organization skills, well-developed verbal and written communication skills; work independently or within a team; ability to build relationships and interact effectively with business and clients What you can expect from us You’ll join an entrepreneurial, inclusive culture.
