Senior Financial Analyst - FP&A

Job Responsibilities
Conduct financial analysis and provide commentary on JLLT Revenue and internal technology performance, identifying trends, opportunities and risks
Develop and maintain financial models for strategic decision support
Support budgeting processes and prepare rolling forecasts for business segments
Create long-term financial outlooks and contribute to strategic planning initiatives
Prepare executive reports and financial packages for JLLT leadership teams
Produce monthly financial flashes and ad hoc reports for stakeholders
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive financial performance
Build relationships with key stakeholders and provide financial guidance
Identify and implement process improvements and automation initiatives
Support continuous reporting improvement efforts within the FP&A function
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities A Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA, CFA and/or MBA a plus
5+ years related experience in FP&A or Business Finance roles
Exposure to revenue generating business units and/or technology industry is a plus
Experience in a large, complex, global public company
Advanced proficiency in Excel and complex financial modeling
Advanced proficiency in financial reporting and planning tools: PowerBI, Tableau, Oracle EPM
Strong financial/analytical and organizational skills
Strong verbal and written skills
Must handle multiple tasks, manage time effectively, and establish priorities to meet deadlines in a fast-paced and changing team environment.
