focuses on building scalable backend systems using

Java, Spring Boot, Kafka, and SQL/NoSQL databases , with an emphasis on systems that run at scale. You'll be responsible for optimizing application performance, ensuring stability, and deploying on cloud platforms like

Azure and GCP , while improving code quality through testing and automation. You’ll also gain exposure to

DevOps practices , working closely with infrastructure and operations teams to streamline deployments and enhance system resilience. Our technology enables single-digit millisecond response times, empowering business teams with low-latency, real-time solutions. This platform serves as a configurable "rules engine as a service," handling site-facing traffic, and providing critical insights to inform decision-making across various functions. About Team: Omni Availability What you'll do: Build Robust Backend Services:

Dive into designing and coding cutting-edge backend microservices using Java and Spring Boot, crafting elegant solutions that power high-performance applications. Optimize Data with SQL/NoSQL Mastery:

Leverage your skills to architect efficient data models and optimize complex queries in SQL and NoSQL databases, ensuring seamless data flow and integrity in scalable systems. Deploy with Precision on Cloud Platforms:

Take charge of deploying applications on Azure and GCP, expertly managing cloud environments to ensure high availability and resilience in production. Performance Tuning and Monitoring:

Harness observability tools to monitor application health, identify performance bottlenecks, and fine-tune services for lightning-fast responsiveness and reliability. Collaborative Code Craftsmanship:

Engage in dynamic code reviews and collaborative development sessions, sharing knowledge and best practices to elevate the team’s coding standards and foster innovation. What you'll bring: Expertise in Backend Development:

Strong experience with Java, Spring Boot, and building scalable microservices, particularly in systems that run at scale. Proficiency in Databases:

Solid knowledge of both SQL and NoSQL databases for efficient data storage, retrieval, and performance optimization. Cloud Deployment & Monitoring:

Hands-on experience with cloud platforms like Azure or GCP, including deploying and monitoring applications. Performance Optimization:

Ability to monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize application performance using observability tools and best practices. Code Quality & Automation:

Strong focus on improving code quality through unit tests, automation, and performing thorough code reviews. Immigration sponsorship is not available in this role. Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in computer science, computer engineering, computer information systems, software engineering, or related area and 2 years’ experience in software engineering or related area. 4 years’ experience in software engineering or related area.
