What You Do:
Understand both the details and the big picture of a client’s business in order to help develop and execute a vision for the creative work Lead and manage campaigns across all platforms (TV, print, digital, social, etc.) from concepting to production Inspire and lead your team of creatives, helping them grow their skills and make the work better every step of the way Sell clients award-worthy work that meets both their goals and our creative standards Ensure that everything we put into the world is as strong as it can be Find opportunities to make great work that clients don’t even know they need Dig in to concept and create work whenever needed Set an example for collaboration, leadership and creative excellence Help your teams turn feedback into even better work Manage and prioritize your teams’ projects and deadlines so that no one drops the ball on anything Own and grow client relationships, including with executives Qualifications
What You Have: Must have pharmaceutical copy experience Position will not require HCP messaging, but candidate needs to be proficient in messaging to patients Must have a deep understanding of the MLR process as this candidate will be helping stand up a healthcare practice within the agency 8+ years of advertising experience and the skills to match Portfolio website with examples of produced work, including integrated campaigns Impressive command of your craft (art direction or copywriting) Exceptional presentation skills and experience successfully selling strong ideas to clients The ability to think on your feet and come up with solutions in response to client feedback Strong supervisory experience within a creative department Ability to lead new business pitches Responsible, humble leadership skills Razor sharp written and verbal communication skills A proactive, self-motivated, and dependable work ethic Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills Passion for advertising and staying up to date on the latest greatest work Knowledge of social media platforms and trends Enough cultural fluency to make work that connects with a diverse range of people and an eagerness to learn more
