Job title :: Service Desk Analyst
Pay Rate :: 28-33 $/HR on W2 terms without benefits
Duration :: 6 Months Contract (Possible Extension OR Permanent)
Location :: Phoenix, AZ, 85007 (ONSITE)
Shift :: Mon-Fri 8AM 5PM
Responsibilities:
Open, monitor, and resolve tickets in a tracking system, ensuring timely responses to customer needs.
Communicate issue statuses to users, supervisors, and relevant stakeholders.
Provide excellent customer service via phone, in person, or through tickets while balancing multiple priorities.
Diagnose and resolve software and hardware issues, including imaging and deploying desktops, laptops, and tablets.
Recommend process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce waste.
Qualifications:
Required:
2-4 years of service desk experience, certifications in
Microsoft products, CompTIA A+, and HP/Dell hardware accreditation. Preferred:
Associates degree in IT and experience analyzing complex network environment issues. Strong customer service, communication, critical thinking, and multitasking skills are essential.
