The Treasurer & Deputy Head of Investor Relations will play a critical role in the execution of our Investor Relations program and have oversight and management of Verisk's Global Treasury Function. Within IR, the Deputy Head of IR will partner with our Head of Investor Relations to communicate the firm's financial performance and strategy to the many public constituents including shareholders, sell-side analysts, bondholders, rating agencies, and prospective investors. Additionally, this role will include the oversight and management of all aspects of Verisk's Global Treasury function including capital markets transactions, share repurchase activity, cash management, liquidity forecasting, banking relationships, working capital optimization and risk management. This role provides exposure to the entirety of Verisk's business units and leadership teams and will require professional interaction with senior business leaders and executive leadership. This role will also require the ability to work cross-functionally across the organization and manage different work streams efficiently. Key Responsibilities

Responsible for leading the Global Treasury function and executing the Global investor relations program. Educate and update investors and analysts by creating balanced and consistent investment messaging in partnership with senior leadership. Partner with finance leadership, Executive leadership, Board of Directors and Finance and Audit Committees to drive Corporate Treasury strategy. Management of global treasury policy and processes including cash management, risk management, liquidity, debt covenant compliance. Represent Verisk externally within investor and analyst community, building trust and relationships. Plan, coordinate and participate in roadshows, investor conferences, one-on-one meetings and conference calls with investors and analysts. Support the creation of content for company investor day presentations communicating with all business unit leaders. Monitor and analyze sell side coverage and investment research on Verisk as well as our peers and competitors. Support the earnings process including preparation of earnings materials including press release, call scripts, Q&A, supporting presentations. Includes developing key/critical themes and issues to be presented. Conduct follow-up conversations with investors/analysts as appropriate. Partner closely with Accounting, Tax, FP&A to deliver timely, accurate SEC filings. Collaborate with Communications and marketing teams to ensure financial messaging is consistent with corporate messaging and disseminated in correct channels. Work in partnership with legal team to ensure proper compliance and regulatory training for employees within confines of a public company. Partner with board and CFO on capital structure and capital return including dividends and share repurchases. Serve as the Company's liaison with the banks, brokers and credit agencies including the management of capital markets transactions. Foreign exchange risk and interest rate management. Occasional travel including overseas to attend investor conferences, company events, and non-deal roadshows. Ability to manage a team of 3-5 including offshore employees. Strong organization, multi-tasking and time management skills. Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting or Business-related field, CFA preferred. 10+ years' experience with deep expertise within investor relations and treasury of publicly traded corporation. 5+ years of people management skills. Strong financial modeling skills and extensive experience conducting both qualitative and quantitative analysis with extensive knowledge of public company financial filings and disclosures. Strong written and verbal communications/presentation skills with a proven ability to present complex analyses in a clear and concise manner. Working knowledge of Oracle Cloud and Kyriba software. Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel, familiarity with financial tools such as Power BI and Salesforce a plus. Strong leadership skills, with the ability to influence and engage internal cross-functional teams including Accounting, Tax, AP. Excellent verbal and written communication and relationship-building skills with the ability to build credibility with senior internal and external stakeholders. Additional Information
