About Lingo Meet Lingo, a new biosensing technology that provides users a window into their body. Lingo tracks key biomarkers – such as glucose, ketones, and lactate – to help people make better decisions about their health and nutrition. Biowearable technology will digitize, decentralize, and democratize healthcare, enabling consumers to take control of their own health. The Opportunity This position is located in Alameda, CA office. Work with the Global Head of Commercial Sales, Strategy & Operations to evaluate expansion opportunities and set medium and long-term organizational strategy. Lead recommendations on key strategic initiatives from initial hypotheses generation, deep analytical analysis, and executive-ready output. Manage all aspects of a large scale and complex project, from start to finish, so that it is completed on time and within budget. What You'll Work On Structure complex and ambiguous operational/business issues and develop compelling, insightful recommendations. Conduct project meetings and prepare reports to communicate the status of the projects within and beyond the project team. Identify, develop, and gather necessary resources to complete projects, and estimate the costs, resources, and time required to complete them. Help drive planning and initiatives for areas such as Sales, Partnerships, Retail, Marketing, and international expansion. Design, communicate, and implement an operational plan for completing a project; monitor progress and performance against the project plan; resolve operational problems, minimize delays. Craft key presentation materials (memos, decks), including quarterly business reviews and executive meetings. Use storytelling skills to persuasively communicate recommendations. Track progress toward organizational goals; establish scalable systems to monitor KPIs. Identify trends in the marketplace and monitor competitive landscape to determine the impact on the organization’s roadmap and uncover opportunities for innovation and growth. Run Lingo’s annual planning and long-range strategic planning processes that achieve the organization’s growth targets; build detailed business cases and facilitate decision making. Develop business strategies for multiple areas of the business including Commercial Sales, Partnerships, Retail, International Market expansion, Pricing, and Direct-to-Consumer offerings. Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related sciences. 8+ years of total business experience. Minimum of 6 years' experience in management consulting and/or demonstrated success in operations, growth, or strategy role for a high-growth business. Comfortable working in a fast-paced and high-ambiguity environment that values self-direction, critical thinking, creative problem-solving, rapid learning, and “wearing multiple hats.” Excellent organizational, time-management, and prioritization skills. Strong analytical toolkit and ability to break complex and ambiguous problems into smaller, actionable solution steps and to define an answer using practical assumptions and defensible logic. Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills. Demonstrated ability to learn new things quickly, work independently, and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Proven success in a project coordination role and a good understanding of business operations, marketing, and strategy. Have a passion for working collaboratively with a cross-functional, low-ego team and embrace a "get stuff done" culture where no job is too big or too small.
