Salary:
$235,000 - $365,000 per year Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Directly manage litigation processes for complex product liability cases. Develop legal strategies for client defense in coordination with senior attorneys and partners. Conduct extensive legal research and analyze precedents related to product liability. Prepare and file legal documents such as briefs, pleadings, appeals, and agreements. Represent clients in court hearings, trials, and mediation sessions. Liaise with clients to effectively communicate case progress and strategies. Participate in the drafting and reviewing of product manuals, warning labels, and other documentation to minimize legal liability risks. Minimum Position Qualifications: JD from a top tier law school with a record of academic excellence. Active member of the bar in California or Washington State. At least two years of litigation experience, preferably in product liability. Proven history of representing high-profile clients in complex legal disputes. Strong legal research, analysis, and writing skills. Preferred Qualifications: Experience in AmLaw 100 firm or similar high-level legal practice environment. Prior roles involving leading consumer brand, technology, and aviation companies. Federal clerkship experience advantageous. Proficiency in leveraging legal databases and other research tools. Exceptional negotiation and interpersonal communication skills. Skills: Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities. Strong command of civil procedure and product liability law. Expertise in document and data management software. Superior public speaking and presentation skills. Strong organizational and time management capabilities.
