The Opportunity The Senior Executive Assistant will work directly with the Chief Strategy Officer (CSO). This is a pivotal, multi-tasking role that requires strong leadership skills and the ability to think on your feet. The Senior Executive Assistant must be able to quickly assess situations, find solutions, and take decisive action. Your expertise will help us streamline processes, enhance productivity, and contribute to the overall success of our commercial efforts.

What You Will Contribute Provide comprehensive administrative support to the CSO, including scheduling meetings, managing correspondence, and preparing reports. Independently manage complex calendar and travel schedules (domestic and international) for the CSO. Prepare and produce various routine and ad-hoc reports of a standard to complex nature as assigned, utilizing independent judgment, analysis, and innovation regarding format layout. Provide support in meeting activities such as organizing and planning meetings (e.g. Board of Directors, project, team-meetings), with the ability to work/re-work complicated calendar scheduling. Prioritize and direct incoming business matters in a timely and efficient manner. Act as a liaison to other corporate groups, internal and external contacts. Respond quickly and effectively to last-minute changes to meetings and logistics. Maintain confidential files and contact information. Complete and manage projects as assigned. Perform other duties as required.

What We Seek Bachelor's degree in business is preferred (work experience may be substituted for a degree). Minimum 15 years of experience as an executive administrative assistant with 10 years in escalating administrative roles (experience supporting executive-level management). Experience working with senior-level managers, exercising professionalism & discretion. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Outstanding communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills; strong customer service. Attention to detail and great problem-solving skills. Proactively manage tasks and workloads; flexible, able to adapt/adjust with short notice. Capable of making good judgments, anticipating needs, and the ability to work independently. Maintain positive, professional relationships with personnel at all levels of the organization.

What We Will Provide to You The base salary range for this role is $128,000 - $140,000. The final compensation will be commensurate with such factors as relevant experience, skillset, internal equity and market factors. Avidity offers competitive compensation and benefits, which includes the opportunity for annual and spot bonuses, stock options, and RSUs, as well as a 401(k) with an employer match.
