Salary:
$235,000.00 - $435,000.00 per year Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Advise on a wide range of structured finance and securitization matters, specifically focusing on Collateralized Loan Obligations. Represent various clients, including asset managers, equity investors, and underwriters. Play a key role in structuring and executing complex financial transactions. Collaborate with colleagues globally to deliver state-of-the-art legal services in structured finance and capital markets. Ensure strict compliance with regulatory requirements while advising on innovative financing solutions. Minimum Position Qualifications: JD from a top-tier law school with a strong academic record. Active Bar Admission in Massachusetts. Minimum of 2 years of experience in securitization and structured finance, or transactional experience with a desire to focus on CLOs. Experience in a large law firm setting. Preferred Qualifications: Prior exposure to private credit, CLOs, fund finance, NAV-based facilities, or subscription line credit facilities. Skills: Exceptional legal analysis and transaction structuring abilities. Strong communication and negotiation skills. Ability to work effectively in a collaborative global team environment.
